Just as Mark Sisson talks about the Real Primal Grok eating with his hands only, I practice and teach here at camp to use chopsticks instead of a fork. You can take this practice with you to any restaurant and not get any “OH my God, Oh my God, OH my God” type of looks.
Chopsticks have been around for 5,000 yrs where as the fork utensil is still in diapers.
Chopstick will force you to slow down your eating…and for me to appreciate every bite not shoveling in the food taking monstrous totally disgusting bites. (unless of course you are scooping with the sticks instead of using them to take individual bites).
My challenge is for you to put away your forks and use chopsticks for the next month.
Eat slowly like it is your last meal to savor and not the first meal you have had in days.
Get yourself some of your own personal chopsticks to travel with. REI has some cool ones and you can find many on ebay of course. ((or make your own))!

Chocolate Avocado Pudding:
1 med.-large ripe avocado
enough water, raw milk or cream, or coconut cream to spin blade
2 Tb. raw honey or for preferred added sweetness
2 Tb. raw cacao powder
tsp. organic cinnamon
Kieba’s Fitness Flip:
1/3 C. Mineral water
1/2 C. Raw milk (cow or goat)
1-3 Raw free range eggs (the amt. is your choice)
1 Tbl. Raw honey
1 tsp organic vanilla powder or extract
cinnamon to taste or optional
I like to ad some ice to make slushy
note: you can make most any flavor….try using mesquite powder or cacao, carob or maca.
