- 7-8:30 am
nice brisk beautiful walk or hike with weighted pack
light raw tropical fruit, raw yogurt or kefir breakfast with seeds/nuts/coconut …or free range organic eggs with grass fed bacon or sausage and raw cheese
- 8:30-10 am
Strength/resistance training in the gym
Fitness flip drink
- 10-12 am
swim at Olympic pool for 40-60 min., shower
- 12-1 pm
- 1-3 pm
Down time, rest…..or play it by ear
- 3-5 pm
Adventure, tide pools/snorkeling, hike, tour Pahoa coast line, see new exciting things, or swim again, raw gym training, and visit the village

Note: all evenings from 5:30 on are alone / down time. Coach needs it Too!
When taking Yoga…..classes are from 8-10 am alternating days with weight training
Massages are 2x a week if paying full amount
For the discount you get 1 massage which will be at 4:30-5:30 any day
Other desired adventures/activities will be scheduled in!
Meals are Retro-Raw which is 75-80% organic raw including both vegan and primal foods and allowing some heated/cooked items for optimal health.
