  1. I agree! Fat burning exercise And strength/muscle building exercises are KEY to burning more fat around the clock and throughout life for permanent weight loss.
    It Must be a Life Style of exercise/fitness focus AND a good no sugar/no processed food, low carbohydrate diet just as I teach with the “Retro-Raw” plan.
