				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #008000;">I recently had a bit of a scare with some uncomfortable symptoms and an ultrasound revealing an abnormal growth in my uterus.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">I then had a hysteroscopy and biopsy done and finished off with a full D&amp;C.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">Thank God and all of my life time healthy habits and current life style, all results came back benign and just overgrowth of normal healthy cells.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">I feel as though I have been given a pass card in the game of life for &#8220;GO&#8221; and the next 50 years will be the best of all if I just keep up with what I am doing and stick to my healthy principals of living.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #3366ff;"><em><strong>Chopsticks have been around for 5,000 yrs where as the fork utensil is still in diapers.</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #3366ff;"><em><strong>Chopstick will force you to slow down your eating&#8230;and for me to appreciate every bite not shoveling in the food taking monstrous  totally disgusting bites.  (unless of course you are  scooping with the sticks instead of using them to take individual bites).</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #3366ff;"><em><strong>My challenge is for you to put away your forks and use chopsticks for the next month.</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #3366ff;"><em><strong>Eat slowly like it is your last meal to savor and not the first meal you have had in days.</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #3366ff;"><em><strong>Get yourself some of your own personal chopsticks to travel with.  REI has some cool ones and you can find many on ebay of course. ((or make your own))!</strong></em></span></p>
